    Hello, I am relativly new to using Gazelle and I need help with crop marks.

    I have watched a Youtube video on how to do it and it seems easy enough BUT when I select crop marks I have only 1 crop mark show up instead of 3.

    I have no idea how to fix it. Does anyone know? Can anyone help?

    Please help me. I have had the Gazelle since September and have not used it very much since then because almost every time I try to the cutter does not want to work. At the time I bought it I didn’t know that I would have to make the cutter the default printer. Therefore everytime I want to really print something I need to remember to change the printer. I guess I could live with this if I could only get the cutter to work.

    Please help

    So very new to die cutting, so my question / comment may seem redundant to you, so I apologize in advance.
    1. I open a “new” file, page layout 12″x12″ is chosen, since that’s the size of the paper I am using. Here’s the problem. I see the crop marks, move them to where “I think” they need to be and put in shapes of circles (just to see if I know what I am doing). It does not print on the paper where it shows it will print on the computer screen. I know how to load mat, having the blade located right in the very corner, but it is still way off. Do I put the crop marks at the very corners of the document so it cuts assuming a full 12×12 paper? If not, where exactly do I put the crop marks? It seems like the gazelle is assuming I am working with an 8×12 paper, even tho I stated 12×12. Thanks for any help on this. Again, I am so new, I haven’t even cut my first die cut, and here I am, one month later. I can only assume the extent of what I need to learn regarding die cuts.
    What to do if I lose the dongle?

    Hello, I bought a Gazelle by november and couldn’t Get it home till yesterday, It didn’t Came with a users manual, and I’m clueless, even watching the tutorial videos cause they are not step by step, could you send a manual by Mail, please?
    My cuting mat got all mess with rests of card stock how do I Clean it?
    Do I have to use the fun time disk every time I’m using the Gazelle? And the dongle?
